PetCare Hidden Fence

Problem:

"There's no lights on the Wall Transmitter"

Possible Answers (in order of likelihood):

  1. The Transmitter is unplugged from the wall.
  2. The power cord is plugged into the wall, but the other end is unplugged from the Transmitter
  3. There is no power going to the outlet
  4. The Transmitter has been damaged by lighting or a power surge
  5. The Transmitter is defective

Possible Solutions:

  1. Check all cord connections, at the wall and at the Transmitter
  2. Check outlet for power using a known device (hair dryer, lamp, etc)
  3. If there is no power to the outlet, check nearby GFI outlets and circuit breaker panel; reset if needed.
  4. If there is power in the outlet, and all cords are properly plugged in, you may have a defective or damaged Transmitter.  Please call 985-624-4974 or EMAIL US ASAP to schedule a service call. Your dog's safety depends on it!
