We were not fortunate enough to have children, so like many folks in that situation, we are deeply invested emotionally in our dogs. They are not "like" family, they ARE family. That passion is extended into caring for our clients dogs like they were ours. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is hard enough, but losing one because they dug under or climbed over a fence, ran through an open gate or door, or bolted into traffic is a grief that no one should have to live with. We certainly don't have an exclusive for loving dogs, but no other company has earned the reputation we have for "walking our talk".

As a full-Time business with a track record for success and a reputation for service spanning nearly ten years now, we have dealt with thousands of clients, their challenges and many, many dogs of every variety, personality and temperment. As a small business dedicated to service, we have had the chance to be tested by Katrina and prove ourselves through all the challenges that she brought with her. (see "Professional Reviews")

Over the years, we've seen formerly good manufacturers often turn and go cheap, and some to go out of business. The latest trend in the largest manufacturers has been to seek more profit by pushing overseas to China to make cheaper components - a trend PETCARE HIDDEN FENCE cannot tolerate or defend. Reliability is everything when it comes to choosing the right company and components to safeguard your pet. We think all components should be built with exacting standards, and every unit should be tested before it goes on your dog. We feel that sampling for quality (testing every +/- ten thousand units at a plant in China) is not acceptable when the life of a four-legged family member is at stake.
Because PETCARE HIDDEN FENCE is not a franchise, we are free to make choices within the industry and provide you with recommendations based on facts and actual experience, rather than marketing hype or obligation. We only enter into agreements with manufacturers that allow us the freedom to change our relationship and recommendations, should a better product come along.
