"There's a loud beeping sound coming from the Transmitter on the wall"
Possible Answers:
Your perimeter wire has been cut or damaged
An old do-it-yourself repair/splice has failed
The wires connecting to the wall transmitter have been bumped or knocked
loose
Your Transmitter and/or perimeter wire has been damaged by lightning or a power
surge.
Possible Solutions:
Check the wire connections going to the transmitter to make sure they are
intact.
If you or someone other than PetCare Hidden Fence has repaired the fence in the past,
go back and redo the splice(s). (note: cable, telephone, landscape and irrigation companies are notorious for cutting dog fence lines and making quick but ineffective splices that eventually
fail)
If you or someone else has been working or planting in the yard, the wire will be cut
in the area(s) where work was done when the alarm sounded. If you find the cut, you can purchase a pro-grade splice kit from usHERE.
