Problem:
"There's no lights on the Wall Transmitter"
Possible Answers
(in order of likelihood):

The Transmitter is unplugged from the wall.

The power cord is plugged into the wall, but the other end is unplugged from the
Transmitter
-
There is no power going to the outlet
-
The Transmitter has been damaged by lighting or a power surge

The Transmitter is defective
Possible Solutions:

Check all cord connections, at the wall and at the Transmitter

Check outlet for power using a known device (hair dryer, lamp, etc)

If there is no power to the outlet, check nearby GFI outlets and circuit breaker panel; reset if
needed.

If there is power in the outlet, and all cords are properly plugged in, you may have a defective or
damaged Transmitter. Please call 985-624-4974 or EMAIL US ASAP to schedule a service call. Your dog's safety depends on it!
